Step 12 Changes The Way You Think
Your idea and the way you think leads to acne on your face. Many each individual may not even have this idea. There is the way to get rid of the acne by changing the way you perceive things. The idea or the way of thinking also can cause the illness which you may not know.
The way you think bring the illness to everybody, this is the basic philosophy. The chemical will be created by the body and circulated through tithe body by blood and of course have effect to the body functionality.
If your acne it could be caused by the way you think, as well as heart problems, physical impair, paranoid. These could be because of the way you think. Somehow the way you think allow you to have an eating habit differently, who leads to having good health or clean and clear skin.
If you face with acne or any diseased, there is an opportunity for you to stop and think back why it make you this way. Acne is one of an expression to show the way you think. Everything you do no matter – the way you walk, the way you talk, the way you dress, that way you eat, the diseases you come down with, the way you do everything – creates within your thinking process.
You can start your self-examination by;
Start with loving yourself, accept the way you are. No matter how much you have done to put yourself down or how critical you are to yourself, it doesn’t help to change to world around you. Everything is the same unless you change the way you see things.
Get over it and stop fighting who you are.
You have to love yourself and the way you are and focus on the purpose of life. Don’t have to care what others thinking about you or what are they doing for life. Get out of other people business.
You need to learn how to “face yourself.” When you have acne you may not want to look at yourself and “face who you are?”
You have to know the way to face yourself, even though when you have acne you don’t want to face or even have a look at your face. Emotional and feelings are leads to the present of acne on your face. Look into yourself and try to see what you are saying with your acne.
Remember, all physical illness is created by some emotional unbalance.
Acne could be a representation of depressed traumas that you experienced as a child and when you were grow up. I know that you might not want to hear this. However, acne could be an expression of those trauma that try to burst out of the depressive mechanism which your body created in order to prevent the body from traumas, until you are ready to do so.
Some applications have to be made for connecting and releasing these traumas, otherwise as you clear up your face by get rid of these traumas. It still can move to other parts of the body where they will be easily seen and it could destroy tissues and body function.
When you came up with the negative thinking, remind yourself with the question like “ will this way of thinking make me a better man?” if not, then get rid of such idea and try to think a better though.
